The Design Of Field-Oriented General Compliance System Based On Jess Engine

In modern times, compliance system plays a more and more important role in massive real-time information processing. It's widely used in fields like financial transaction, enterprise management, government accounting and college enrollment.Focused on "Compliance System", we innovated the concept of "Field-Oriented", and successfully implemented seamless connection between XML formatted rules and Jess rule engine.First, we introduced the concept of "Compliance", then the classification and structure of "Compliance Systems". On this basis, we took a further step to explain the operating principle of rule engine and expatiate the grammar of Jess.Then, with a deep analytical understanding of the characteristics about compliance rules, we addressed a novel concept of "Field-Oriented" to organize rules, and demonstrated XML format for representation and storage of all compliance rules.After that, to overcome the tight coupling and low efficiency drawbacks of traditional realization, we introduced the structure of "General Compliance System". By extracting all field rules from compliance system into a standalone Field-Oriented rule file and then letting XSL transformer to convert XML rules into Jess commands, Jess rule engine can then finish all the compliance tasks automatically and precisely.Finally, we designed and implemented a "University Recruitment Compliance System" by applying the framework of "General Compliance System". Using detailed rules and facts, we demonstrated the function of each module and relationships between each other.Then Field-Oriented Approach for General Compliance System based on Jess Engine not only decouples complicated rules from other modules in the system, but also ensures its high performance in flexibility, openness and efficiency.
