Abstract/Summary:
Clustering routing protocol is is one of the key to reduce the energy consumption of the whole network in Wireless Sensor Network.First, This paper describes the basic concepts, architecture and features of wireless sensor network. Second, undering the study of classical routing algorithm (LEACH),to unbanlance consumption of energy,the low coverage of network,the irrational selected rule of cluster-head.We propose the LEACH-Fuzzy.This algorithm is based on the theory of fuzzy logic.The fuzzy logic is method between traditional symbolic reasoning in artificial intelligence and numerical calculations of control theory.LEACH-Fuzzy fully consider the remaining of the node’s energy, the number of the node’neighbor, and the energy consumption rate.It replace the classic selection mechanism of cluster head. It increases the probability of nodes that have higher residual energy,more neighbors and low energy consumption.On the other hand.On the contraty, it decreases the the probability of them.Finally, we research the homogeneous and heterogeneous wireless sensor networks so that we can compare the algorithm we propose with other classic algorithm from all aspects. Then, Simulation with Matlab to campare with the performance LEACH.LEACH-Fuzzy make each node have equal chance to share the consumption of the nodes’energy more so that the network have a longer lifetime.
