Bridge deflection and horizontal displacement deformation is the two most important monitoring index in the monitoring of bridge. At present, the bridge deformation monitoring refers to the monitoring of deflection without horizontal displacement.In the actual situation, the horizontal displacement of bridge is the key factors influence the bridge security. For example, the bridge may spin contains the changes of horizontal displacement of the bridge. Design the system can realize simultaneous measurement of bridge deflection and horizontal displacement through laser principle combined with computer vision measurement based on the analysis of the existing bridge deflection deformation detection method.This paper is mainly on deducting the laser reflection model,and to prove the correctness of this method.The hardware of this system is build suitable for bridge deflection and horizontal displacement measurement, developed the testing system can be used for, image processing, displacement data record, and the calibration test based on virtual instrument technology.The major work of the paper:Create the mathematical relationship between the corresponding displacement of centre of sphere and the spot.Established the three-dimensional coordinate system take the initial position of centre of sphere as standard reflective centre, thtough the established mathematical model can calculate the measured point displacement relative to the initial position.Build the measuring device based on single CCD vision measurement apply to the measurement of deflection and horizontal displacement.Design the environment system image data processing program based on LabVIEW programming, mainly extracted pixel center of camera imaging receiver screen reflection of value, and the preparation of the established mathematical model, finally get the changing curve bridge deflection and horizontal displacement At the same time bring about the data storage and out of limit alarming. In order to make it more convenient for observer evaluating the bridge deformation.Finally, to test the system,make the experiment analyzes according to factors may cause errors, and put forward the direction of further research of this system and improve method.
