Along with the rapid development of information technology,equipment monitoring system based on Internet technology play an irreplaceable role in enterprise production.However,the object enterprise of this topic still conducts decentralized on-site monitoring of equipment according to process nodes,unable to carry out comprehensive remote monitoring of production equipment,decentralized on-site monitoring is not only easy to cause instability of product quality,moreover,it is easy to make the data isolation between the enterprise management personnel and the field production equipment.This paper analyzes the problems of the original equipment monitoring mode of the enterprise,and develops a remote monitoring system for equipment based on NB-IoT network.The research and development of this system are mainly carried out in the following aspects.First of all,the status quo of the prototype enterprise is investigated,and the existing problems in equipment monitoring are summarized.This paper expounds the concept of equipment monitoring system,and studies the related technology and time series model of NB-IoT involved in this paper.Secondly,according to the problems existing in equipment monitoring,the overall demand for the system is analyzed.The system is divided into communication levels according to the communication characteristics,and the collection process of equipment working parameters by system software is designed and implemented according to the communication levels.In order to make the collected data be used effectively,the overall workflow of the system software is designed,and then the functional modules of the system are divided according to the workflow,and each functional module is modeled in the form of use case diagram.Then,the significance of abnormal parameter prediction function is analyzed,and the time series prediction model is derived,and the process and calculation steps of time series model establishment are analyzed.In order to test the feasibility of time series model in predicting the working parameters of equipment,a prediction model was established with the actual production data as the sample and the prediction results were analyzed.The application method of time series model in the system is researched and designed to improve the stability and precision of abnormal parameter prediction.Finally,the remote monitoring system of equipment is realized,and the specific functions of each module are shown and introduced.At present,the system has been put into use in the target enterprises,and has basically realized the comprehensive remote monitoring of the production equipment of the prototype enterprises,which not only effectively improves the production efficiency and product quality of enterprises,but also enhances the information level of enterprises and simplifies the management process.
