With the rapid development of medical laboratory technology, during treatment, patients will produce large amounts of test data and other information. These data contain a lot of information. How to analyze these data, obtain the valuable medical rules, is a serious problem in laboratory medicine. On a comprehensive analysis of these data, combined with the clinical diagnostic criteria, we design laboratory medicine aided diagnosis system. The main results are as follows:(1) This thesis summarized the characteristics of the medical data mining.(2) This thesis designed the laboratory medical aided diagnosis system. System modules include technician’s users, physician users, and patient’s online inquiries. First, the system has a large sample pretreatment medical examination data, using a variety of data mining algorithms for mining-related diseases, the rules generated can simulate veteran physician. Combined with disease diagnostic criteria, this system is similar to veteran physician can be more affordable, more efficient, provide diagnosis and treatment recommendations more accurately.The system can receive test data from laboratory information system, input data from the patient and the doctor and so on. These data will be processed at the client, and then transmitted through the network, and the disease diagnostic criteria and data mining rules are compared, finally the system can develop a set of preliminary diagnosis and recommended treatment measures.(3) In this thesis, aspects of laboratory medicine diagnosis system that combines tumor disease test data, data mining from carcinoembryonic antigen, modeling and interpretation report verifies the reliability and validity of the system.This design system is based on test results and diagnostic criteria, taking the data mining as the means, has the characteristic of humanization, intelligent and integrated. The system can meet the actual demand, achieved the anticipated design effect.
