Research And Application Of Data Mining Algorithm In Individual Diagnosis And Treatment Based On Chinese Traditional Medicine

In this paper, the Individual Diagnosis and Treatment System (IDTS) based on Chinese Traditional Medicine were studied by using of Data Mining technology in detail. Especially for Coronary disease, by gathering clinical information widely, the IDTS can be established and inconspicuous information could be found, which would be very important and helpful for Chinese Traditional Medicine to improve the clinical diagnosis.Considering the requirement of clinical diagnosis, the author builds a resolution of Data Mining platform with good expansibility, which includes Information Technology likes Knowledge Discovery, Data Mining, and Data Warehouse. According to the Clinical Hospital of collecting clinical data, in combination with other data sources to create a dynamic database of improving case data, the author represents a Data Mining application solutions based on the individualization of treatment in Chinese medicine.During the implementation of Data Mining techniques, the author chooses association -rules algorithm for individualization clinical Data Mining subjects against Chinese medicine clinical characteristics, builds a Data Mining platform with Data Enquiring and Data Mining.The author implements several Data Mining algorithms in the application of a variety of Data Mining topics and improve the algorithm based on the performance optimization FP-Tree to tap more efficient and targeted according to the results of experiments and application environmental. The results have been used in clinical data analysis and searching for treatment patterns and treatment programs.
