In recent years,Facing tremendous pressure on energy and environment the developof power electronics and control engineering accelerated in the field of green energy. In somesituations motors often works in the occasion of frequent staring and braking. When motorbrakes it will works as a generator, force the DC side voltage to build up. If using thetraditional method, DC chopper will engage and let the energy become heat in the powerresistor to dissipate in the surrounding area. It will not only result in a waste of energy butalso cause environmental pollution. Currently, how to use the energy from motor’s brakingto feedback to the grid become the focus of people’s research. It can make a significanceachievement in energy saving and environmental protection.Therefore, a double closed loop control system is presented in this paper, it canimplement sinusoidal current control, unit power factor control in grid side and maintain DCoutput voltage as constant value. this paper analysis the control method of vector orienteddirect current control by build and research the principal of three-phase PWM voltage model.And introduced a voltage vector oriented control strategy to establish the system’smathematics model in the synchronous rotating DQ coordinate system. The independentcontrol of the feedback current’s active and reactive component is achieved with SVPWMdirect current control algorithm. Feedback current real-time tracking of the grid voltagechange, realize the unit power factor of energy feedback. The energy feedback controlsystem simulation is analyzed in Simulink, design the system parameters, and verifying thefeasibility of energy feedback system control strategy.Finally, based on the research using TI-TMS320F28335DSP to realization the designof a7.5kW energy feedback system. And build an experimental platform for the energyfeedback system in order to completion a three-phase grid-connected inverters resistive loadexperiments and feedback experiments. A brief analysis of the experimental results verifythe correctness of the program to meet the design requirements.
