Obviously, in the actual VVVF systems, AC variable speed control system has gradually grown into the mainstream instead of DC drive system. At present, Inverter has been widely used in all walks of industries and playing an important role in the transformation of traditional industries, automatization development of production process and saves a great deal of energy and accelerates the improvement of technology. For all those reasons, it with great realistic significance to launch researches on inverter and technologies related to it. This paper integrates the most lately research results on the cargo lift inverter system and, on this basis, launches some theoretical study and practical application. Generally, this paper can be divided into five parts with details as following:PartⅠ, General view to the inverter's history, current status, development trend and development of technologies related to it.PartⅡ,This part starts with a brief introduction to the SPWM and SVPWM technology and general analysis to the mathematical model of three-phase AC motor and 4 control strategies related to it. Later, it describes the Matlab model of AC Tracing Method and its steady and dynamic properties. Finally, it briefly analyzes the system control loop and the method of parameter adjusting of speed regulator and the current regulator.PartⅢ,This part mainly focuses on the research of S-curve of the cargo lift converter. At first, it briefs the development status of S-curve and analyzes the Continuous and Discrete mathematical models of S-curve. Then,it explains the process of the software. Finally, it testifies that this method can output various smooth curves flexibly through changing the parameters.PartⅣ, At the very beginning, it provides detailed instructions to the structures and function of the hardware and software of inverter system and, then testifies the feasibility of the three control strategies through experiments.PartⅤ,Conclusion.
