With the development of social economic, people pay more and more attention on energy source problem. Energy feedback system can play an important role in cutting down waste of energy and utilizing green-energy.The development of power electronic and the frequency conversion regulating velocity technology provide the condition for the research of energy feedback. So this theory must be applied in the research of energy feedback. Firstly, energy feedback of variable frequency power supply is separately analyzed, and some methods of constructing SPWM are presented. Then harmonic of those methods' waves is analyzed, and waves of those methods are simulated. The result of analyse is compared and discussed. In addition, dead time is analyzed. According to the difference of direct current power supply, the inverter of energy feedback includes the inverter of voltage and the inverter of current. Two inverters are analyzed and compared. Through the comparison, the inverter of voltage and the method of area equivalent are adopted.Secondly, the circuit of hardware is presented. Now digital control has large development space, so in this paper digital control is also used to realize energy feedback. The hardware circuit comprises three parts: inverter, detecting circuit and main control unit. Inverter includes the choice of power device, inductance and capacitance. And detecting circuit includes measurement circuit of voltage, current, temperature and synchronization voltage. ARM chip is chosen as the master chip of main control unit, main control unit includes data storage circuit and key and LCD display interface circuit besides.In the end, the design of software is presented. Operating system(μC / OS) is transplanted in order to apply the ARM chip. Moreover measurement and protection, width of pulse, dead time, configuration of working papameters, lcd display and parameter storage are regarded as tasks of operating system.
