For all the telecom operators, how to maintainstability in the fierce competition in the market and gain a new development, is theenterprise managers must consider the problem of customer relationship management,the issue is getting more and more attention by enterprises. Thus the customer to theenterprise is not only the object of sales and service, and become an important strategicresource of enterprises, is one of the key factors of the enterprise stand unbeaten in thecompetition. Based on this, this topic selected research telecom enterprise customerloyalty forecast system.The customer loyalty of telecom enterprises prediction system based on J2EEplatform to build, this paper mainly do the following work:(1) this paper uses J2EE to realize the function of the system, using SQL Server2005database to store data information. In order to predict customer loyalty online processingbusiness, the system based on B/S mode for construction. The customer loyalty oftelecom enterprises prediction system covering predict customer loyalty managementinvolves in all aspects, which is composed of safety management, customer management,customer management, consumption data and retain loyalty prediction functioncomposition.(2) taking of the sequence diagram of customer loyalty of telecom enterprisesprediction function module of the system carried out a detailed design, and systembuilding customer loyalty forecast model, this model can provide low loyalty customerlist for the telecom enterprises, so that enterprises take targeted measures to retain. (3) in the design of guidance, completed the system to achieve customer loyalty oftelecom enterprises prediction, and deploy it to the telecom enterprises.The present system has been successfully applied to a telecom enterprise, after aperiod of time of trial, and achieved good results, the enterprise customer churn rate hasbeen reduced, but also reduces the cost of enterprise customer retention...
