Telecom Share Information Based On The J2ee Platform Design And Implementation

At present, There are a large number of redundant and non-standard unified similar information in decentralized systems of China Telecom, to solve the problem of the data sharing and centralized unified management is extremely urgent. In order to do this, It’s necessary to establish a telecommunications information sharing model (Shared Information DataModel, referred to as the SID), then construct centralized platform which providing data management and information services to support diffrence systems.This paper tries to analyze current status of telecommunications information system, research the key technologies of it and propose a solution to solve the main problems. At the beginning, paper summarizes the telecommunications information sharing platform’s objectives and basis which are based on J2EE (Java2Enterprise Edition) middleware and XML (the eXtensible Markup Language) binding technologies; analyzes platform’s business requirements, common platform requirements, operation supporting requirements and operation management requirements. In the middle of paper, architecture, logic structure and application functions of information sharing platform are designed. At last, paper gives detailed interfaces design and implementation.In summary, this paper proposes an optimized information sharing solution for China Telecom. With this solution, system data consistency, security and reliability will be highly improved so as to achieve the goal to reduce system construction costs and increase system operating efficiency. Based on this J2EE telecommunications information sharing platform, China Telecom will provide more telecommunications businesses, reduce the pressure of entity operations and save the cost.
