With modern science and technology developing rapidly, the development of computertechnology and network technology has become the most widely and quick way of informationdissemination, applied network technology to training and teaching has become a researchfocus in the current. At present, multimedia and network teaching means had been widely usedin colleges. However, it has not been widely used in most enterprises, the use of online trainingsystem is relatively less. As a tool for checking the enterprise staff’s study effect and lecturer oftraining results, online training system play a huge role. In order to improve the training qualityand enhance the quality of employees, enterprise training has been staying in business lecturergaving classes, draw title and assessmen. It’s hard to estimate lecturer training level andimprove enterprise staff’s learning quality, not conducive to the improvement of training quality.Online training system can be the enterprise in the process of traditional training lecturervolume, supervise, winding, a lot of link such as marking and examination paper analysis usingthe computer to implement training system. Test of random guarantee the fairness of thetraining, improve the working efficiency and optimize the training management. This graduation design, online examination systemapplied to enterprises and institutions, relying on the advanced computer technology to improvethe management of enterprise training, provide a convenient, fast and more humanized trainingservices. Big enterprise or business unit in society considered their own enterprise scale, infrastructure and characteristics, the construction of the deployment of online training system,reasonably allocating resources, improve the efficiency of enterprise training management,reduce the cost of enterprise training. At the same time, through the construction of powerful,perfect, practical online training system, enterprise’s management level, increase the economicbenefits of enterprises, simplify the management and operation of enterprise training, save costin the process of enterprise in staff training, improve the overall quality of employees andenterprise competitiveness.The system is based on B/S structure, the user can use the browser for related operation,convenient and fast. On the basis of different people have different permissions, respectively,set up three login interfaces, the user can operate their related operation, make the systemstructure clear and simple. This system is suitable for various small and medium-sizedenterprise in the periodic examination of employees, employee training, etc., as long as changethe implementation of the multi-function training course can be simple easy to use, practicalityis very strong. Program design is completed through the section test and whole test, eachmodule will be given such as success, update, delete the corresponding prompt, morehumanized. The paperless training has become a part of our work, it brings us a lot ofconvenient, save a lot of manpower and material resources, make the enterprise develop rapidly.At the beginning of this paper, we carried on a comprehensive analysis of the system, from theaspects of economy, technology and operability in detail, this paper concludes that systemdevelopment is of considerable significance. In the second chapter, the thesis of the onlineexamination system functional requirements, system process has carried on the detailed analysisand discussion, and in terms of the feasibility of the system are analyzed in theory, it isconcluded that the necessity of the development of online training system. A briefly instructionof necessary technology to develop this system, including: ASP.NET technology, CSS,JavaScript, and HTML ADO.NET technology. The third and fourth chapter of the paper, thereare online training system function module division, and the specific function of each functionmodule are analyzed in detail. According to the analysis of the function modules, databasemodeling and design a database table, from a perspective of the overall system analysis anddesign, and the core of the database related code for specific instructions. The fifth chapter ofpaper on the online training system has carried on the concrete implementation, respectively the admin related function module, the lecturer related function module and enterprise employeesall related function modules in the system design in the overall design of all of its functions tothe graphic design of interface, and compared the functions of part of the core code relatedinstructions. In the system development is complete, has carried on the comprehensive test, thefunction of the system through system function test to verify the real in the process of systemanalysis of function requirement analysis is accord with the actual situation.The paper described online training system in detail, it analyzed the current situation and trendof development of the network training, comparison of the existing online training system andapplication technology, explore how to improve the training level, enhances the workingefficiency of the enterprise lecturer and how to save money, to change the traditional trainingmodel, to build a practical and efficient, functional general training system.In the process of the system development, ASP and three layers framework structure are used,and a comprehensive use of the relevant technology of the computer, the computer technologyis really combined with the actual project, the real realized the theory with practice. In theprocess of system development and design, different problems appeared, some problem aredifficult to solve in the begining, after a period of continuously learning and practice, we solvedmany technical difficulties. Through the experience to solve the problem, summarizes somesystem development considerations: before database design needs rethin to reduce data capacity,ensure the integrity of the data. It had better use the modular design, the use of softwareengineering advocated high polymerization, low coupling. In the future social development, inthe field of enterprise training, online training system will shine brilliantly, gradually replacethe traditional mode of training, bring huge benefits. Online training system will bewidespreadly deployment and operate in enterprises and institutions, bring huge economicbenefits, have rich and convenient service for employees. The function of this system is notstrong, and by people constantly develop and expand new functions, online training system willbe more perfect. The later part of this paper will discourse to all aspects of the design of thesystem.
