Design And Implementation Of Practical Teaching Management System In Technical School

With the advent of the Internet era,information technology has been applied to various fields.In Shanxi Construction Technician College,limited teaching resources have been fully utilized in the practice teaching management over the years by setting up management information system and courseware on demand system.But with the development of science and technology and the change of business processes,some existing information systems have been unable to meet the needs of teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to build an integrated practice teaching management in Shanxi Construction Technician College,composed of teaching management,teaching online and examination online.Practice teaching can improve the vocational school students' practice ability and innovation ability,which is the key for the technical school to train practical and technical personnel.But because the student branches scatter in each practice base,the teaching process cannot be conducted on the same spot.And the existing various campus-based networks haven't been integrated together,which can't satisfy students' desire for access to and sharing of information in the Internet plus education era.To solve the problems above,this paper,in consideration of the actual situation of Shanxi Construction Technician College,has designed and developed a technical school practice teaching management system,trying to solve the conflict between practice and study caused by students'distribution.This system adopts the technology of the agile development,LNMP platform,Thinkphp framework,bases on MVC pattern,chooses MySQL database technology to realize the rapid development of the system,so as to share high quality teaching resources,integrate existing resources,reduce the redundancy of data,lower communication cost,and improve the work efficiency of teaching management.This paper mainly completes the design and implementation of practice teaching management system in Shanxi Construction Technician College.It first expounds the background and significance of building the Internet-based practice teaching management system,analyzes the present development situation at home and abroad,determines the goal in designing the system,analyzes the existing rapid development framework,introduces the new technology that can be applied,such as:the Bootstrap,Ajax,etc.The author elaborates in detail the system requirements,analyzes the users' role and business process,and specifies the functional requirements and the working process of each part with UML illustration.At the design stage,based on the overall architecture of the system,this paper designs the overall business graph of the platform,e-r diagram,data flow chart,according to the different module and stratification.The system basically has six function modules,among which the educational administration module,the practice of learning online module,the examination online module and the management module of practice achievement are business modules,while system function module and the third-party login module are configuration management module of the platform.In the detailed design section,the author's elaborates the main function modules and gives the details of the design and program code of each part.Finally,this paper runs function test and performance test to the system,therefore the reliability and stability of the system are guaranteed.The practice teaching management system has already started its application in Shanxi Construction Technician College and has realized the whole-process management of practice teaching.After the teaching management personnel assign online teaching tasks,teachers can directly organize and upload the teaching materials,conduct teaching process,and administrate examinations.Students of each practice base can allocate their time reasonably and study in the specified period of time according to the teaching arrangement.The whole teaching process is implemented via teaching online,examination online and performance management.The whole teaching process has become more convenient,since it has appropriately reduced the teachers' travel between practice bases and it is also convenient for students to review the key points of learning,hence improving the efficiency of the practice teaching greatly.
