An important way to ensure that its performance and quality, low costsis to establish Loongson computer’s reliability project, design a specification of the testing methodin reliability, develop an appropriate plan of the reliability test, and to carry out rigorous anddetailed reliability experimentations against the characteristics itself. Reliability test is the mostbasic and most important processes of reliability project, also is the only verification of productreliability.In this paper, Yeeloong8133notebooks reliability test program to conduct a detailed analysis,simulation around weather conditions, air humidity, transport conditions and processes, logisticsand transportation, violence unloading and other exists or may exist in the daily living conditions ofYeeloong8133notebooks were relatively reliability tests, including alternating hot and humid test,temperature shock test, vibration test, shock test, drop test, ESD test, etc.; Meanwhile, for the failureof a sample of Yeeloong8133functional verification, we concluded that the problem causes, andusing X-Ray and Cross-section and more specialized testing methods for PCB oxidation analysis,means of PCB package, reflow process to analyze, to resolve of the failure problem.The focus of this paper is to make researches on reliability test of Loongson computer, that is,according to the data analysis after the reliability test, consummate its design so as to ameliorate thequality and reduce the costs.
