Study On The Planning And Design Of Wireless Local Area Networks

With the wide application of Internet and the increasing of mobile terminal, the requirementfor mobile IP access grows quickly. Wireless Local Area Network(WLAN) can meet thisrequirement partly, the importance of network planning will be more and more outstanding. In thisthesis, we will analyze the WLAN application requirement in different scenes, focus on WLANcoverage, and research the technology of WLAN planning design.Firstly, we will discuss the technology in WLAN project planning, including the way ofdistributed system of radio frequency path and installing outdoor&indoor, further analyze thefrequency planning and802.11n. Secondly, according to the actual requirement, we will researchand conclude11types of scenes, analyze the technology requirement in different scenes, andconclude the importance in WLAN design. Finally, combined with practical projects, we will applythe scenes in the WLAN planning in campus network, and provide the proposal and applicationresult of technology analysis, function design, wireless coverage.
