With the rapid development of modern logistics industry and advancement ofinformation communication technology, as well as broadband mobile data linktechnology is mature (3G and4G), and shopkeeper selling model is evolving into amulti-regional, multi-functional model from which used to be localized, entitystore-based, single-functional, communication operators nowadays are providingadvanced service of information technology support in customers’ daily management,production process and sales process, comparing to the old service,for instance, voice,dedicated Internet access (DIA), data circuit networking (DPLC or IPLC), etc. whichused to met simply basic communication needs of customers.The key point ofbusiness development nowadays lies in full-service display comparing to the old waysof simple handling business, the proficiency in presentation of industry applicationsolution, efficiency in terminal deliver.With larger sales organization, more salesoutlets and increase in both complexity and number of products which providescomprehensive-solution service, the pressure of managers in management andcommunication is growing.In order to solve the problem in selling of multi-functional products, exchange ofinformation cross-sales area, and to achieve the goal of integrated management ofmaterial and marketing progress, communication operators have built a nationwideexclusive network system, which is gaining a great success when put into practice.But facing the growing fierce competition in market, the existing business system,due to its outdated fixed model, has become a obstacle in the development of newbusiness. As a matter of fact, the communication industry is expecting fresh and newideas.The objective of this project is to research the marketing model of communicationoperators, understand and analyze the changing trend of sales model, design the cloudplatform of sales management and support. The system was a typical model of J2EE design system, and usage the system to carry on the sales management and support ofthe daily information, can in time to understand each information in the link of change,and to be advantageous to exalted the efficiency of management and support. With thehelp from the designed platform in mobile terminal, the sales managers can receivereal-time support and carry out efficient management in progress of business showcase, case sharing, resource search, business handle, visit plans, customer data andfinally achieve sales goal.
