Design And Implementation Of Cloud Computing Platform Business Operation Support System

Representing the third IT wave, following personal computer and Internet revolution, cloud computing has already become the future direction of IT industry. However, the complexity and immaturity of cloud computing platform architecture make its operation management challenging. To maintain the high reliability, high scalability, high availability and easy maintainability of cloud computing, it is therefore necessary to build an operation supporting system suitable for the cloud platform. This paper studies the design and implementation of the business operation supporting system for the cloud platform of an XX e-commerce company from the following aspects:Firstly, this paper summarizes the basic theory of cloud computing, which includes the basic definitions of cloud computing, the main technical architecture and safety technology of cloud platform, and the development technology used in and the current research status of the fields related to the operation management supporting system of cloud platform.Secondly, based on the analysis of demand for management operation supporting system of cloud platform, this paper proposes a novel architecture of operation management system of cloud platform. It contains five modules which can realize unified management of authentication, user, reporting, database interface, as well as integrated billing management. Based on the idea of hierarchical design of Web applications, it divides the system into six layers, which from bottom to top are infrastructure service layer, interface adaption layer, data storage layer, data access layer, core business layer, and front-end presentation layer. In addition, this paper also provides the detailed design and implementation process of each module.Lastly, both functional testing and tests are performed on the new designed system, whose test results show that it can meet the design objectives and requirements of the system. Now, the system has been put into use.The proposed operation management system of cloud platform can realize real-time detection and management of the relevant resources of cloud computing and obtain instant operation information. It makes it easier for the operation and maintenance administrator to analyze the operation environment of cloud computing and modify the configuration based on different operation conditions, in which way it guarantees optimal performance and maintains good operation of cloud services.
