With the media constantly updated information, came into being a new concept of"mobile TV." Foreign variety of mobile TV standard (ISDB-T, DVB-H, MediaFLO, DMB)are maturing, and the success of a commercial operation. China also in2003began to study anew generation of mobile multimedia broadcasting technology, and in2006formallyproposed China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting with completely independent intellectualproperty rights of CMMB (China Mobile Multimedia Broadcast). This article describes thebackground and development of key emerging technologies and research status of mobilemultimedia broadcasting. In order to protect the transmission quality and user viewing effect,how to conduct wireless coverage, solving some of the problems encountered in wirelesscoverage, how to cover the effect of the test is the focus of this article to explore.Paper describes the electromagnetic classification, channel environment classification,signal loss classification. The classification is based on the electromagnetic waveelectromagnetic waves through different paths to reach the end of the distinction.Classification of the propagation channel is based on different geographical environment,through probabilistic mathematical model calculated. Classification reflects theelectromagnetic signal loss in different situations of power loss characteristics. As a studybased on the object of this paper, CMMB wireless coverage was focused on the issue. Firstly,the CMMB network architecture explained by the satellite to the ground signal transmission,and then transmitted by the transmitter to the process of the mobile terminal.CMMB network coverage system communication systems, including the basichardware and software, hardware design, including transmission systems, transmissionnetworks, distribution systems, monitoring systems, a combination of multiple independentsystems, the software includes channel transmission instruction, CA encryption systemcommands, the source codec and other aspects of transmission and control systems, morecomplex networking systems, application software systems, business support systems andother users, in addition to the actual coverage test section; theoretically complete networkcoverage, testing is a must the test is to ensure that the effect only after the actual testcoverage is the science system can be run only after the test in order to better improve thecoverage works to optimize existing networks. Therefore, CMMB network coverage rangeand professional work involves more paper work primarily with the actual network coverage in Shenyang City, to study the feasibility of its network coverage, the basics of the system,the basic framework, which describes the use of key technologies and to completion of thefunction. The purpose of this paper is to do some research on the basis of wireless coverage,and applied to practice, the theoretical study and practical application together.
