| Mobile multimedia broadcasting has become the hot of technology and industrial development in the next few years both at home and aboard, which is driven by the huge market demand. It represents a modern personal mobile multimedia communications and information access development trend, which will bring another major change to the people's living, study, work and entertainment.This paper studies the CDMB mobile TV standard, which is issued by the China Association for Standardization owns independent intellectual property rights. It is based on the DAB channel transmission technology and the AVS source coding technology with a significant low-power, low-cost, anti-stem worries capability and high-speed mobile properties.In this paper, we first introduce the development course of DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting), and the second chapter introduces the DAB system's overall structure and critical technologies. Chapter III detailed studies on CDMB standards, including system architecture, AVS source coding, business reuse mechanisms. Chapter IV proposes to use Turbo code in the CDMB standard, and the simulation results are given in the Chapter V, which proves that compared with the traditional RS + CONV coding method, it not only can improve the performance but also can save costs, therefore, it can be more effective for video transmission.Mobile TV technology is a new mass media, and it will give people a new experience of enjoying the personal multimedia information and entertainmen, which has an enormous market prospects. |
