Combined with the current Changchun telecomcustomer type, the type of business, operational mode and network structure, todevelop a building engineering design scheme of optical fiber access technology, andanalyses the engineering design and the key and difficult point for businessimplementation. Also for Changchun telecommunications network architecture andthe development needs of the business, put forward about optical fiber accesstechnology new buildings and reforming the old building model of broadband accesssolutions business application of various passive devices based on optical fiber accesstechnology application present situation to carry on the analysis and summary, andputs forward feasible implement and test plan. With the final project of golden city forthe actual project implementation in8cases, according to the forming principle andthe user demand design the specific implement of project implementation and business. Combined with the accrual operation and maintenance of the project, and areturn visit for China telecom test data analysis, proved in this paper, the feasibility ofthe design scheme, design for other building fiber access provides a reliabletheoretical basis and engineering design reference.
