With the growing competition in the domestic manufacturing market, the traditionalenterprise resource planning system (ERP, Enterprise Resource Planning) static productionplan has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise production practice activities. Companiesalso face a demand for the product diversification, expanding production capacity, inventoryincreases rapidly and increasing human resource costs and other pressures. Manufacturing andprocessing enterprises of production gradually shift from mass production to lean production.Advanced Planning Systems (APS, Advanced Planning System) is the optimal solution tomeet the goal of optimization techniques to seek solutions under various constraints, is astrong support lean production methods. APS can be prepared for short-term production plansof enterprises to achieve lean production, an effective solution to the difficulties faced byproduction practice.Advanced planning system implemented in this paper is an automatic production systemfor case planning business development. When the system calculates the production plan,consider the sales demand, key resources, plant capacity, inventory levels and otherconstraints, the goal is the utilization of maximum working hours, daily workload balancing.By using this system, not only for the case of enterprises to streamline personnel, improvework efficiency, but also saves a lot of its product inventory area, improved product inventoryturns, thus achieving cost reduction targets.Advanced planning system includes five functional modules, which are user rightsmanagement module, the data input management module, key resources check module,Production Planning module and MRP modules. Article, the system needs a complete analysis,a mathematical model design, software detailed design, system functions, combined with theactual production business needs, and strive to design each module in the system to achieve areasonable structure, good maintainability and scalability the goal.The system uses operations research modeling theory and advanced IT combined.Established two mixed integer programming (MIP Mixed Integer Programming)mathematical model, resource model and production planning model checking. Operations research model is to meet all the constraints in the optimal solution feasible solution space tosearch for a goal. Software using B/S architecture technology and object-oriented technology.System front-end JavaScript and Html, back-end using Java, middleware using Tomcat6.0,using the database Oracle11g.
