Now, our country is in a critical period of Marine resources development strategy. Float-ing on the sea and having maritime power are not just a Chinese dream, we also made a solid pace in recent years. At present, because the yacht tourism in consumption level, the huge advantage in aspects of brand effect, yacht tourism is gradually become a new starting point of the Marine tourism, at the same time become the ocean strategy is an important part of our country.The yacht industry market positioning is the upscale market. For the yacht’s own quality and reliability, availability, and security of the information systems in yacht, consumers will have higher requirements. Therefore, in the yachts regulatory system (YSM) developed by China State Shipbuilding Corporation, they use the communication equipment which contain3Q4G, satellite, radio, ship automatic identification system (AIS) to build a communication module that has high reliability and efficiency. In such a multimode communication link, the amount and type of information is very big, and information processing is extremely compli-cated. In this paper, information transfer software in the yacht regulatory system based on DDS that we have studied and implemented will be used to process the information.Information transfer software in the yacht regulatory system based on DDS is communi-cations management software between the yacht supervision center Sysstem and regulation of the shipboard system. The software is used to complete information transceiver, forwarding, information recording, playback, conversion between different communication modes, traffic statistics between the yacht supervision center system and regulation of the shipboard system. At the same time the software also provides the timing services and the management func-tions of all kinds of communication equipment. The software laid a foundation to form a dis-tributed supervision system.In order to ensure the high efficiency and high reliability of the information transfer software, in this paper we introduce DDS communication framework to the yacht in the regu-latory system for the first time, and for the DDS communication framework we still design and implement the more flexible and reliable communication management interface, at the same time, in order to guarantee the accuracy of the information transfer, we proposed the identification process of the communication protocol based on BM algorithm. Information transfer software in the yacht regulatory system based on DDS contains communication management module, the protocol conversion module, communication equipment manage-ment module, information recording playback module, information module and other major modules.Information transfer software in the yacht regulatory system based on DDS Software has been tested and the various performance indicators have reached the design requirements.
