The Design And Implementation Of Material Supply Managerment In Fengfeng Group

This thesis has designed the material supply managerial system of Fengfeng Coal&Mine. It has carried out in practice on the basis of the current business process ofFengfeng material supply under the conditions of material supply system innovation in thefields of centralized purchasing, centralized storing and unified distributing. The designedsupply system mainly includes managing units such as plan, contract, stock inputting,stock outputting, moving and pulling, inventory stock, finance, coding system, systemmaintenance, reports and statements, multiplicities enquiries and superior inquiries. Theemployee with different working position can only access their own business domainlabeled with the approvals from different leaders, which means an integrated operatingsystem with closely interrelated business and leader’s supervision at all levels. Analyzingtwo structural modes of C/S and B/S, and the two platforms of ASP.NET and J2EE for thebest selection, we have made a comprehensive appraisal and assessment on thetechnological feasibility and applicability as well as extendibility, systematic input, systemoperation and yielding benefits, and eventually confirmed the usage of the popular andmature mode—multilayer B/S structure based on J2EE and the usage of Struts framecombined with MVC, and ORACLE database. The proposed informative systemresolution divides the business information according to the function unit, detaches thebusiness logic unit from the data server, and separates the user interface from businesslogic unit, which is convenient for updating the system due to relatively independent ofeach other and no any effects from any one change on the others. This system will have anextensive application in future because the system can entirely present the new businessflowing process of material supply after innovation and possess a good extending abilityfor the new business with a friendly developing interface and the mature mainstreamtechnology, which could be also updated and maintained easily and can maximize theefficiency and benefits of the material supply. The design and implementation of thissystem will produce a good promoting effect and the applied value for the material supplyof the national coal and mine.
