In the global information age today, the rapid development of communication businesshas gone into high speedera of4G. However, GSM network has44billion users in the globe,and GSM is still the world’s most stable and reliable voice servicesfor humans, supportvoice services in4G era.GSM is currently the most widely distributed, the most completelycovered, the mostreliable large-scale commercial service network, so the GSM needs to address coverage,interference, poor quality, capacity and other issues through continuous optimization,reducing the rate of dropped calls, improving voice quality, guaranteeing the users’perception. Scientific optimization means is a reliableguarantee for reasonable networkresource distribution and allocation, network performanceimprovement, sustainabledevelopment of the network and meet the increasing needs of users. A+Abis system is ascience and complete network optimization systemaimed at the above requirements. It isthrough the acquisition and analysis of signaling data from A and Abis interface, to learn theMR reporting and signaling dataof user. And through software modeling analysis, reflect theoperation of the existing network directly and effectively, and provide guidance for networkoptimization. The system is from the internal of GSM system, collectsand analysisesofdatadirectly, therefore it has the characteristics of fast and accurate, to locate the problemquickly, analyze problems and solve problemsprecisely.This paper taking Changchun City mobile wireless network environment as researchbackground, adopta novel network assessment method, through A+Abis interface signalingdata to assess the performance of the GSM network voice quality; take user-perceived as thesource,analysis the network and refinement of the network data mining, accurately renderthe network status. The actual network test showed that signaling monitor through theA+Abis interface toassociation analysis multi-interface signaling, you can quickly find andlocate network performance issues, improve assessment capabilities of wireless network torealize the monitoring and evaluation for the full network. It achieves end-to-end userperception analysis, positionsproblem more accurately, improves the efficiency andaccuracy of wireless optimization process. Finally, evaluate the effect of the implementationbased on A+Abis signaling databy dealing withpoor qualityvoiceof GSM.This paper describes the GSM network structure, the overall signaling structure,signaling protocolof Aand Abis interface; highlighted illustrates thetheoretical basis andprinciplesof A+Abis signaling acquisition, collection methods are also described in detail;make use of theMR data collected from A+Abisinterfacetoanalyze the coverage, switchingalgorithm and interference; Finally, study the results of data analysis used in GSM poorquality voiceoptimization, assess the coveragecondition, optimize switching strategy. At the same time, through analysis of the network frequency interference, evaluated the networkfrom four aspects, and dig the underlying causes leading to poor quality throughoptimization solution, bringing indicators improved.
