The Design And Implementation Of Project Budget Teaching Platform Based On SSH Framework

In recent years, more and more cities have been developed rapidly and a large variety ofbuildings in different styles are out of lands. An indispensable occupation in the constructionindustry is project budget and the situation that this industry’s talents are in short supply hasappeared in annual year. Therefore, the most important problem in project budget need to besolved is that how to make the project budget to be learned more conveniently so as to attractmore young talents to join this career.At the present stage, the learning about project budget is mainly remaining at the mode oftraditional education in the classrooms and many colleges as well as training institutions offerthe courses about project budget. However, these kinds of courses are often constrained bytime and space, so it cannot meet the needs for professionals. With the advent of theinformation revolution, online education mechanisms emerged. At present, many universitiesand educational institutions have launched some courses online, and this method of learningexpands the confine of the teaching, improving the quality of teaching, also provides anequitable learning opportunity for more people.China’s online education is originated in1998, which has been developed more than10years. When people enjoy the convenience of online education, there also brought someproblems actually. For example, online educations lack of interactions and at present, most ofthe educational resources on the Internet are recorded by the teachers which are taught inclassrooms, and then spread into the Internet. Between the teachers and students, they cannotmake the appropriate communications and interactions in time. So that students cannotunderstand and master the relative knowledge deeply. On the other hand, many contents of theabove video courses on the Internet are too old, and cannot covered a lot of new knowledge sofar, therefore failed to impart knowledge in time and can’t keep up with the times. How toenhance the interaction of online education, and accelerate the update speed of the relativevideo resources becomes an issue in the field of online education.In this paper, in order to resolve the current difficulties in learning project budget and wedesign a new online teaching platform by referring to some online education models in thepast. This system is based on SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) platform which has beenpopulated in recent years. Wherein Struts is mainly responsible for controlling the interactionbetween the business logic layer and the presentation layer, Hibernate is responsible formapping the data in a relational database to an object and Spring is throughout the entire middle layer. We adopted the B/S mode, designed and implemented six functional modules:Video Management Module, User information Management Module, Education ManagementModule, Forum Management Module，Chatroom Management Module and System Logmodule. Typically, these modules can basically meet the needs of users. SSH framework hasthe features such as it’s flexible, easy to expand and so on. We combine the traditional face toface teaching models with the advanced computer network and establish the online classroom,which gives users a great convenience, also saves their time and money. The proposed onlineteaching platform about project budget is a good solution to the above problems. We haveinvited some aspects in the area of project budget to carry out network-related lectures, aswell as posting some high-quality teaching videos about project budget to our platform forbeginners and middle-level learners for online learning. The most important is that ourplatform is free-opened, and learners do not need to spend money on online learning in ourplatform.This paper is in accordance with the standardized software production process and wedescribed the user requirements analysis, system design, database design and so on in theonline teaching platform detailedly. What’s more, we described some key factors such as theimplementation process of the system and the operating system, etc. By testing the systemrepeatedly, we found that this system has a friendly interface, easy operation, functionalmaturation, security and stability and some other good characteristics.
