Design And Implementation Of Network Learning Management System For Huashang Hongyuan Investment Funds Limited Company

With the constant improvement and popularization of modern science and informationtechnology, it is important of network learning for many enterprise employees. How toimprove the professional skill of employees to accommodate the assignment of continuousdevelopment of company is critical. In modern days, the increasing scale and the number ofthe employee in company, the working place and time is disperse, the massed learning is notpractical. This learning style affects the efficiency of the company. It is suitable for networklearning management need of the company. The main purpose of the project is to adapt theneed of employee network learning management for company, the system is based on theimprovement of information technology, further enhance the efficiency of the companymanagement.The paper of design and implementation of network learning management system forfinance and investment company completes several jobs they are as follows:1. According to the investigation and analysis the management of learning in company,obtaining the requirement of the system. Then getting the requirement of the network learningmanagement system for the functions and the performance. It offers the guarantee for thepreliminary and detailed design.2. According to the requirements analysis of the network learning management systemfor finance and investment company, the preliminary design is done. According to theperformance analysis of the system, it selects and equipped the related technology andillustrate them. It uses the B/S and the four level J2EE structure，the server is Tomcat, thedatabase is Microsoft SQL Server2012, the programming language is Java. They ensuresthe the application effect of the system.3. According to the requirement and preliminary design of the system, the detaileddesigning and implement of the management system is done. The designing of the database isdone. The system includes six function modules, they are course ware management,curriculum management, training class management, learning progress management, learningnotes management and query statistics management. 4. Finally, the system is implemented the function testing and the performance testing.The test tool is Load Runner. It includes the response time of log in, the log in success rate,CPU and memory utilization rate. The testing results prove that the functions andperformance of the system have been achieved the aim and meet the requirements of thesystem. The system could use in the company.In conclusion，design and implementation of the network learning management systemfor finance and investment company can improve the efficiency of the company. It plays animportant role and provide a reference for other related enterprises and institutions.
