Financial products trust management system serves fund investors, provides them withfully functional and highly efficient fund custody service. Trust business system affects thedepth and breadth of trusteeship provided by custodian bank directly. To promote thedevelopment of asset trust business, to build a trust business system is under the most urgentneed. To achieve the goal, the task of establishing an integrated trust system arises at thehistoric moment.At present lots of funds are escrowed by banks. Banks put dispersed funds together andmake securities investments with them based on their accumulated investment practice. Sincefunding sources are multiple, the risks are effectively shared. This risk control measure hasalready been matured for a long time in many developed countries, but it’s brand new inChina.For funds,the fund manager and the fund trustee both play essential roles in the successof fund running. In fund operation process, to seperate management from trusteeship ismainly for the safety of fund assets. Fund assets being under the care of trusteeship is animportant means to ensure safety. Basic sources of benefits from funds are investments intostock market. Fund trustees can open deposit accounts for corresponding funds to make fundssecured and independent. To supervise income and expenditure on the deposit account strictlyis actually supervise investment and revenue of funds, and capital settlement in investmentprocess. Meanwhile the main duty of a fund manager is analyzing investment direction,making decisions, delivering such ideas to the fund trustee and realizing the final investmentand return.This system is a fund custody synthetic system developed for a bank. It begins withcustomer requirements, goes through overall design, systematic design, detailed coding andends with software testing. In each stage of software development, classic and mature theoriesin the field of software engineering development are followed. In the design of the wholesystem, iterative developing method is adopted. Through satisfying customer requirementsgradually and by repeatedly iteratively developing, reusability, extendibility andmaintainability of the system can thus be realized as much as possible, and existed technicalrisks during development can be effectively evaluated in the meanwhile.The design is based on general operations of common financial service, which includesstrict identity verification, detailed data updating, data retrieving and data exporting,possesses all the functions, such as adding, deleting, modifying and querying, which business software systems require for. The system gives a detailed organization chart, adoptsobject-oriented analysis method during system analysis. Encapsulation of object-orientedmethod can reinforce system maintainability and extendibility to a large extent, and itsinheritance feature largely enhances reusability of the software.Main functions of the system include debt management, dividend management, subjectcode management and management of basic information on fund, etc. JSP is adopted in theforeground of the system, Java combined with Struts framework is used in the background.The use of Oracle database, JSP’s using identifier to simplify page development and the use ofStruts framework separate the performance layer of the system totally from the logic layer.Such dealing method does not only facilitate collaboration of software development team, butalso improves maintainability of the system. The prominence of the system is the realizationof the display of foreground data according to form by using XML data binding technology.The use of XML technology realizes a breakthrough in both data security and data speed, andmakes the separation of background data and foreground user data come true. On the otherhand, the use of locally-refreshing-technique AJAX helps to avoid jumping between pagesduring data refresh in the foreground, secure data’s real-time display and make error warningmore rigorous.
