Teaching management is the core mission of the school, school personnel training quality concerns. A very important job is Teaching management, and it is also a relatively trivial work, which relates to the professional teaching, the teachers and students, business scope, number of staff. With the vigorous development of China’s secondary occupation education, school enrollment continues to expand the scale, the educational administration work will further increase, the past manual management methods and means low efficiency, informationization of teaching management mode is the only way to deal with the current increasingly large team of students. How to design and develop the teaching information management system suitable for their own school, the relationship between the school teaching quality and level of information. Therefore, the topic is mainly aimed at the educational administration information management of Xinjiang Bazhou normal school to research, which starts from the actual teaching information management of the school, combined with various needs of teaching information management work, so we design and development of the Xinjiang Bazhou normal school educational administration information management system.The first chapter of the paper mainly introduces the topic’s research background and significance, the basic situation of the development and application of management information system in China and the main contents of the research. The second chapter is the introduction of educational administration information management system design and related technology, this part mainly introduces the research of the B/S architecture, Web technology, ASP.NET technology and SQL Server2008database technology theory. The third chapter is the analysis of requirement of educational information management system, with the feasibility of the school educational administration information management system analysis, the overall business analysis, according to user needs, for students educational administration needs, teachers and students needs, etc. They are the foundation of system design and implementation. The fourth chapter introduces the design and implementation of the system, is the main component of the paper, including the following eight function module design and the system database design, they are system architecture design, system design principles, user management, system management of teaching plan, course scheduling management, student management, examination management, achievement management, teacher management, teaching management. The fifth chapter is the analysis of the key technologies of the system, and gives part of the code implementation. The sixth chapter is a summary and outlook, which summarizes the educational administration management system software to carry out the results and the existing problems, and put forward suggestions and measures for further improvement. The system adopts Visual Studio. NET as development platform, uses ASP.NET Technology and Visual Basic. NET language. Storing Data information chooses SQL Server2008as the background database. The implementation of this system makes the quality of teaching management in Xinjiang Bazhou normal school greatly enhance and improve. The system with high expansibility and maintainability seeks to ease of use.
