In recent years, the advance speed of the electric power system reform in our countrycontinue to accelerate, has formed a "separation of plant and network","the initial pattern ofbidding". Power enterprises will gradually face the fierce market competition environment, sopower enterprises to reduce production and operating costs, improve equipment reliability, onthe basis of safe production enterprise in the pursuit of profit maximization as the goal, hasbecome one of the focus of the work of equipment management of power enterprises.Cogeneration power plant is a typical asset intensive enterprise, the equipmentmanagement level of power generation enterprises will directly affect the production cost ofenterprise operation. For electricity generation enterprises, improve asset utilization rate,reduce the enterprise cost of operation and maintenance, repair resources to optimize theenterprise as the core, the reasonable arrangement of repair plan and related resources andactivities, so as to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and the marketcompetitiveness of the enterprise.Based on the background of a Inner Mongolia cogeneration power plant, through theanalysis of the current situation and demand of power plant equipment management,combined with other power enterprises at home and abroad advanced equipment managementexperience, designed a suit of the cogeneration power plant equipment managementinformation system.By means of the modern computer technology, the realization of the power plantequipment account management, position management, equipment defect management, faultcode management, system management module. To achieve the scientific and effectivemanagement people, wealth, etc. and use of resources, the establishment of equipmentmanagement business process standardization and normalization, the traditional passive intoactive repair repair mode. As the auxiliary improve decision support enterprise equipmentmanagement level, so as to realize the maximization of enterprise profit target.This project is based on the full investigation of the equipment management of thepower plant with a deep understanding of the basis, the equipment management system design and implementation.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) equipment repair management system requirement analysis. The functionalrequirements of5function module gives the equipment account management, positionmanagement, defect management, fault code management, system management etc..(2) for the software development technology are outlined, introduces Java technologyand database technology.(3) the design and implementation of equipment management system. According tothe user demand, the function of each module of equipment management system for thedetailed design, including the design of function and structure, function design, processdesign, report and database table structure design.
