In recent years, as the high-speed railway construction development proceeding rapidly, Train control system is now playing a crucial role in the railway safety area and system efficiency. CTCS (Chinese Train Control System)-3level train control system of high-speed railway is currently widely used in the third generation of train control system in advance of CTCS-0and CTCS-2system. CTCS-3lab has been put into service for system software upgrading, project equipment testing and site software publishing since the initial investment of200million in2008.As CTCS-3Lab expanding gradually, it is urgent to find a solution to improve test efficiency and quality, so as to complete those heavy tasks efficiently and perfectly. Following the fundamental principle of "safety first" in high-speed railway, digital management can standardize test protocol, ensure product validity, improve site management’s efficiency.The main work of this paper includes:(1) According to the needs of raising testing efficiency, enhancing equipment’s management, and the principle of safety, combined with flexibility, generality, efficiency considerations, the system architecture was designed, and the network structure, system functions, database and user interface have been optimized continuously.(2) The overall designs of test process contain test business process management module. To control every key points of test process, the system manage to regulate all test documents strictly to improve test efficiency.(3) According to multiple distribution, large scale, different variety and heavy business of the C3-Lab, the method of laboratory operation has been improved. Administrate all the equipment and network environment in the overall management system to achieve the united allocation and management of multi-regional resources, and the equipment’sconfiguration is improved as well.(4) Design and bring about humanized interface with equipment check, account management, query statistics functions.The research and implementation of the system of laboratory management system has been used in practical application. As an indispensable role for standardizing the process management of the laboratory service, it replaced the original independent software function with further improvements. It effectively enhanced laboratory equipment management and environmental efficiency.The system is stable and reliable with friendly interface, comprehensive functions.
