Power communication SDH(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy)optical transmission network is an important part of the inter-provincial and provincial backbone communication network of the State Grid Corporation of China,which carries the core services of power grid such as relay protection service,security and stability control service,and dispatch automation service.It plays a vital role in ensuring the secure,stable and reliable operation of the power system.However,as the construction of the Energy Internet continues to advance,the scale of SDH optical transmission network continues to expand,the difficulty of management is increasing,which brings unprecedented pressure to the O&M(Operation and Maintenance)managers.Therefore,designing and developing a service route planning and simulation software tool for power communication SDH optical transmission network is of great significance to improve the efficiency of network planning and design,operation and maintenance,reduce the probability of errors during manual arrangement and enhance the robustness of power communication network.At present,the public network planning simulation software tools either focus on providing engineering design simulation,network capacity analysis and costing calculation during network construction,or only suitable for specific network scenarios,which makes it difficult to match the high reliability transmission requirement of power communication services.And the existing service route planning algorithms for power communication network are studied from a relatively single perspective,lacking comprehensive consideration of risk balancing,load balancing,management policy and other factors.In response to the above shortcomings,the main work of this thesis is as follows:1.The power communication SDH optical transmission network resource models are constructed.Based on the actual operation data of power grid,the cross and time slot resource models are established,which are used as the basis for node resource models,link resource models,network and protection resource models,and service and channel resource models.In addition,the relationship between the models and their implementation methods are clarified.2.A service route planning algorithm for power communication SDH optical transmission network based on reinforcement learning and fusion of multiple constraints is proposed.The link risk value weight and node risk value weight are introduced to improve the existing link risk value and node risk value indicators.A load balancing strategy is proposed considering the usage state of bandwidth resources and cross resources.Then the risk balancing strategy,load balancing strategy,link length,power grid management policy,existing network protection strategies and network resource availability are integrated.Further,based on the Q-learning algorithm of reinforcement learning,the route planning algorithm of power communication SDH optical transmission network is implemented.The experimental results show that compared with the typical risk balancing algorithm SRBM and load balancing algorithm LBT,the risk balancing effect of the algorithm in this thesis is improved by 12.91%and 28.48%respectively,and the load balancing effect is improved by 8.93%and 3.31%respectively.3.The prototype system for service route planning and simulation of power communication SDH optical transmission network is developed.The functions of each module and the relationship between the modules of the prototype system are analyzed,the overall architecture and workflow of the system are designed.Then the implementation schemes of database module,resource simulation module,service route planning module,protection switching simulation module and control module in the system are elaborated.The experimental results show that the developed service route planning and simulation prototype system can assist O&M managers in static service route planning,network resource allocation management and network risk/load analysis,at the same time,it provides a feasible mean for anti-accident drill.The work in this thesis provides an important reference for the planning,design,operation and maintenance management of power communication SDH optical transmission network,and helps to ensure the secure,stable and reliable operation of power system.
