With the rapid development of mobile Internet and intelligent terminal, digital resources as a commodity has become one of the main demand of the public. Especially the digital resources for the mobile platform, due to its portability is becoming more and more popular. However, the current market existing products there are still some problems to be solved. First of all, the lack of flexibility of digital resources payment mode, the user can only pay for digital resources to complete, and cannot accomplish accurate pay; secondly, the current mobile e-commerce system in the face of massive digital resource, lack for the reading habits of users personalized recommendation, at the same time publishers also lack of personalized marketing, resulting in a large number of digital resources value cannot be make full use of digital resources; third, the circulation in the mobile e-commerce system, copyright protection technology is still not perfect. The above phenomenon caused by the user pays is not flexible enough, a large number of digital resources can not be fully utilized, the copyright protection of digital resources is insufficient and so on a series of problems. At present, the research in the field urgently needs a set of copyright protection, personalized recommendation, on-demand billing and one-stop service using digital resources of mobile commerce system. Especially according to the behavior of users personalized recommendation and design of digital resources more flexible and comprehensive payment mode has become a new hotspot.According to the current mobile presence platform of digital resources in electronic commerce system problems are analyzed and improved, the main work includes:Improvement of current payment mode of digital resources on the market, a new scheme is proposed according to the need of more flexible billing. E-book current business models, are "buy after reading"(Buy first, Read later), but there are also consumers hope that interest in the book of the first reading, until the actual payment after. In the entity book world, will have to pay to buy the whole book reading, not only not necessary, finished part became more of a burden, the consumption pattern of book market development or reading rate, there are positive help. Relatively speaking, the proposed "buy first reading"(Read first, Pay later) service for readers, pour a charisma, because it reflects the actual charge consumers obtain commodity value. According to this idea, a complete new payment scheme design and implementation. According to the features of the design of digital resources, allowing users to download the resources to the local, and then charge according to reading behavior of user. After verification, the user experience significantly increased.Aiming at the digital resources in the mobile terminal usage scenarios, using mixed tag recommendation algorithm and based on collaborative filtering, the design and implementation of the new scheme recommended by the digital resources to users in a mobile terminal. Mobile terminal screen is small, so the use of personalized recommendation, try to show the digital resources of value to the user on the screen. In this way, users can easily choose to buy their favorite resource, then the user purchase enthusiasm, raise the publisher’s profit, do satisfy both sides.The design and implementation of a set of copyright protection, personalized recommendation, on-demand billing and one-stop service using digital resources of mobile commerce system. Bring a station type service advantage is obvious, the user can be completely separated from the computer, to form the experience closed loop, conform to the trend of the better mobile internet. The system uses Play framework based on Groovy template engine, realizes a mobile reading system based on Android platform. In the system, users can have the complete purchase and reading experience.
