In the wireless system, the pair-wise spectrum resources are not necessary in Time Division Duplex (TDD) mode, enabling a more flexible wireless communication heterogenous network for the current and future multi-source-multi-media data stream. In the dynamic TDD system, a new interference is brought about:the cross-link subframe interference. According to the sighificant difference between the cross-link interference and traditional interference scenario, the common inter cell interference coordination scheme (ICIC) could not be applied to dynamic TDD network successfully, which has been regarded as the critical issue in the dynamic TDD system. This thesis make a thourough theoretical analysis and practical research on the clustering in dynamic TDD system, which may enlighten the integration of physical layer capacity analysis and popular machine learning algorithm.This thesis first analyzes the effect on TDD communication system performance of cross-link interference and research on the clustering scheme in dynamic TDD system. This clustering scheme divides serveral small cells into one cluster, and each cluster forms a unique uplink/downlink (UL/DL) configuration unit. This thesis simulates on traditional clustering scheme and compares with the TDD network without any interference management. The simulation results verify the improvement made by clustering scheme in the UL throughput by12%.Based on the analysis, this paper propses a new dynamic clustering algorithm, which outputs a better performance than traditional clustering scheme, which build a solid theoretical basis for the clustering in dynamic TDD system. After the clustering, a suitable Uplink/Downlink (UL/DL) configuration will be chosen to get the optimal performance of the system. Via simulation on dynamic clustering platform, the dynamic clustering scheme outperforms the traditional one by24.89%and8.19%in UL and overall throughput seperatively, which results in a significant improvement.Finally, in conderation with the practical employment of dynamic TDD in current LTE system, this thesis researches on the signaling machanism in dynamic TDD network, and proposes a new timing scheme for the HARQ feedback mode, which is accepted by LTE standardization as a critical technology.
