With the flourishing of railway communication industry, promoted by the rapid progress of railway technology, GSM-R communication network and security issues, closely linked with railway communication, have become the focus of the public. There are no whole solutions to guarantee the information security of the high-speed railway communications and train scheduling for the information security recording system based on the GSM-R network, with only the form of voice recording applied in some projects existed at home and abroad now. And there are also some local information detection tools characterized with discrete data, information missing, more manual work, associate intensity, separation between train scheduling control information and call information, big limitation and bad timeliness. The GSM-R Signaling Monitoring Recording System(SMRS), which enables the flexibility of voice recording and records events related to voice communication, has been designed and implemented. Through the several key technologies of SMRS, the domestic independent research and development in this field levels can be improved, product development cycles can be shortened, the development of related products and industries can be promoted, the domestic researches in this area are supplemented.In this paper, several key technologies of SMRS studied are:(Signaling) Auto Link Scanning, Selective Recording, Control of DXC, following are the related contents:1. The study of Auto Link Scanning technology. First, the signaling link scan involves two problems: link probe missing and link collection missing; the problem of link probe missing is solved by the analysis of link scanning method, the design and implementation of link scanning algorithm; the problem of link collection missing is solved by analyzing the resource competition issues of link scanning, designing and implementing of resource management algorithms. Second, the problem load balance of link collection is simply theoretical analyzed and a load balance algorithm is designed. Finally, the efficiencies of several auto link scanning algorithms are illustrated.2. The study of system voice recording technology- Selective recording. Firstly, through the analysis of the current voice recording defects, an improved method of recording technology is proposed, which adds the rule set to achieve selective record voice. Then, the method of the rule generation is analyzed; two rule encoding methods are designed, a simple application of the Huffman coding is introduced, the performances of several coding are compared; a method for generating rule matching results is presented. Finally, the results of selective recording are showed.3. The study of a typical device control-DXC(Digital Cross Connect equipment) device control. The application of CS control mode of TCP/IP technology is introduced, including the process of interaction, heartbeat mechanism, the designation of interactive message format and control mode, increasing the control flexibility, scalability and maintainability.
