With the rapid development of network, quickly and accurately combination of different service into business process will bring remarkable benefit in economy and market for the enterprise. Convergence service refers to the fusion of various forms of network service, which can provide a comprehensive application across network voice, video and data binding for the user. Convergence service has the ability to integrate the Internet service and the telecommunication service, so users can integrate and access to different network resources in a personalized way under the converged network environment.However, as convergence service invokes the web service through the Internet, to a certain extent, it will increase failure rate of the analyzing and execution. At the same time, different network conditions may bring a lot of uncertain factors on the operation of convergence service, it also increases the failure possibility of the convergence service. Besides, these problems can be found only when the convergence service has been really executed. As the convergence service is too difficult to adapt the complex network environment in the execution of a process, convergence service must have the ability of independently adapt to the converged network environment.In this paper proposes a BPEL execution engine witch support the adaptive need of the converged service. According to the adaptive need of the convergence service, the execution engine needs to implement the three functions:process control, operational monitoring, and the adaptive of process. Based on analysis, this paper has to solve the two key problems in execution engine design:monitoring the execution of the convergence service, finding the alternative convergence service to replace the abnormal one. This paper propose the double dynamic monitoring scheme for monitoring and the adaptive algorithm which based on the integration of heterogeneous network model to solve the problems for finding.Based on the previous analysis and design, this paper designs the system architecture of execution engine. Then the design and implementation of the main functional modules, including the main workflow design and module class diagram of the definition. Finally, the paper sets a number of test cases to test the execution engine function, and verifies the business execution engine’s capacity to implement the integration business.In this paper, the conclusion part summarizes the paper work, and analyzes the work which can be improved in the future.
