In recent years, moving target detection technology in the intelligent transportation systems is a cause for great concern in the field of computer vision topics at the forefront, has been widely used in urban traffic build. Intelligent transportation systems moving target detection is the key to the transport system automation and real-time applications, video scene analysis, behavior understand the basis of the subsequent processing. Due to the complexity of the target motion in the actual environment, as well as the special nature of video data, making intelligent transportation systems moving target detection there are various difficulties, this paper focuses on the movement of the dual model in a more complex context shadow suppression algorithm for target detection algorithm and its implementation in the intelligent traffic monitoring system, as well as the moving target. We design monitoring terminal in the intelligent transportation systems. The main research contents:Firstly, this paper is research and analysis of intelligent transportation systems, current research and the problems of moving target detection technology at home and abroad. This paper also learning and research on the image pre-processing, image segmentation, feature extraction, judgment classification and basic theoretical knowledge.Secondly, it analyzes the detection algorithm:optical flow method, inter-frame difference, background subtraction, edge detection method. Focus on Gaussian mixture model algorithm for the current lack of precision of detection algorithm and computational complexity, this paper proposes an improved dual model moving target detection algorithm. Shadow on the correct detection of the target due to the detection process, there are a lot of interference, an improved Gaussian mixture model shadow suppression algorithm.Finally, the main chip ADSP-BF561, designed the overall hardware structure of the Intelligent Transportation System video surveillance terminal, the ADSP-BF561processor module, collecting video module to store video data module and network transmission module detailed design; the design overall block diagram of the system software, and application of the system in the road traffic in the traffic volume statistics.Experimental results show that the proposed intelligent traffic system moving target detection technology has a strong feasibility and practicability of moving target in a more complex context correctly detected achieved the expected goals.
