When new media come into a new stage of development, the research of Internet industry business model gets to be more and more important. This article based on online electronic publishing industry is facing the challenge of the particularity of online media, to explore the status quo, and to find out the problem, and also the solution.Firstly, the article clarifies the "on-line electronic publishing" a s an important concept, explaining the importance of the study of this content. After that, the article gives three representative cases like CNK I, Sina sharing site and Wikipedia site. By analyzing the cases, it come s the summary that our online electronic publishing industry has its ow n characteristics and problems., of which has to be emphasized here is the "interactivity".With a new stage of development of the Internet, online electr onic publishing networks face a mobile terminal, the impact of cloud c omputing concepts, while a personalized website problem on positioning content, and marketing goes through the whole process.Through research, we conclude that the current business model of online electronic publishing network has a big problem-the station operator ignores contact with the outer stations is dangerous. Another b asic problem is that the website positioning is not clear enough.In marketing, this paper presents COS model, by creating the contact, owning the interest, sharing the site, with these three steps to promote new users to understand online electronic publishing site. In website content, this paper highlight the necessity of precisi ng positioning, enhancing the degree of differentiation of online electron ic publishing networks.Finally, only with the better content and marketing model, the rapid development of online electronic publishing networks could be en sured.
