With the advent of the We-media era, science and technology make people's life has changed gradually. The characteristics of the mobile Internet is "mobile" and "can accompany", more and more people can use their ears to receive information via the Internet. In this era, "voice" has become an important role in people's life. As a carrier of the audio content, Internet radio is rapidly developing. Internet radio is gradually accepted by more and more audience, and even become a trend. Compared with traditional radio stations, Internet radio satisfies the diverse demand of different audience.But in our country, Internet radio station starts relatively late, it still exist many problems in the process of development. For example, some of the content of the programs is single, many programs are copied from traditional radio programs, user experience needs to be improved, the quality of anchor is uneven, listening is limited by the network, etc.Currently, in our country, the research for the operation mode of Internet radio is not enough. In this paper, the author studied through the method of comparative analysis, data analysis to study the user section, marketing mode, profit mode and strategic control of Chinese internet radio station. The research objects are Himalayan FM, the Koala FM, Litchi FM. The author hope to summarize the operation mode of the network station in China, come up with its improvement strategy, and put forward some things the traditional media can get inspired. It's been called "innovation research", because through studied literatures, the author found the research in Internet radio station operation mode is not very rich. And as a new product, the operation mode of the network station doesn't clear.This paper is divided into five parts:the first chapter is introduction, mainly to tell the research background, research significance, research contents, research method and so on; The second chapter, respectively from the basic situation, development process of Chinese Internet radio and it's cause; The third chapter first has been clear about the concept of operation and operation mode, and then according to the literature analysis, summarized the Internet radio station operation mode of the four elements. By analyzing each elements of operation of the Himalayan FM, Litchi FM, the Koala FM, the author summarized several operation mode of our country's existing Internet radio. The fourth chapter puts forward the challenges of the operation mode of Chinese Internet station. And come up with solving strategies, and the development trend. Finally the author also came up with the inspiration for Chinese traditional broadcast radio station. The fifth chapter is a summary of the full paper. The key sections are the third capture and the fourth capture.
