Designed The Paper Secret-related Carrier Management System Based On MCU

The main research content of this paper is the intelligent paper secret-related carriermanagement system. The system is based on separate storage, authorized access, warningalarm, trace tracking design train of thought, controlled by information technology,electromechanical integration technology to achieve, to prevent because of the loss caused by"tube leakage is out of control", and the leaks.This paper adopts the upper and lower position machine is implemented. PC based onWindows XP system, using c#+SQL Server development, mainly to complete the papersecret-related carrier bearing device of automatic allocation, and LED display, identificationand state memory storage permissions management, access to historical records and the queryand the next bit machine communication control, and other functions. Lower machine, the useof the TI company micro control unit (MCU) TMS32F28035chip as control core, accordingto the control commands from the PC, a dc motor PID control technology was adopted torealize the bearing device of automatic pop-up and withdraw, infrared sensing detectiontechnology to realize the paper secret-related carrier of storing state detection, radio frequencyidentification (RFID) technology to operating personnel identification, RS422bus technologyin many machine data communications, and other functions.This design solves the current paper secret-related carrier bad query management system,insufficient traceability, low working efficiency, difficult to follow-up to master thesecret-related carrier actual status and other issues, the paper classified carrier is more safeand reliable, timely and effective supervision.
