Design And Implementation Of A Military Secret Mobile Carrier Management System

The situation in the world nowadays appears to be smooth, but in fact it hides some crisis. At the information age, the war gradually changes from the times of hot weapons into the era of information warfare. So China meets great challenge to informationtize national defense. The security of mobile carrier which is related to the military secret information as one entity in the building of arm informatization is the root of building informatization of national defense. However, it is very hard to manage it because of its portable feature and huge storage ability, so it needs an advanced management method.Based on the building of information-based army, this paper researches and designs the secret military mobile carrier management system on the base of wireless sensor network technology. The system adopts an electronic label based on the RFID technology and a reader as the basis of the system, and each registered vehicle is equipped with an electronic label. The method designed here can identify whether detected carrier is into and out of the security zone. At the same time, this paper shows a detailed analysis of the specific needs from Military Information Center to the secret mobile carrier's management. The users of management system are divided into different roles and rights according to the responsibility for members who use the carrier and monitor personnel in Information Center. Based on the function, the management system are divided into management module of basic information function, real-time monitoring of processing module, function module to apply for approval, the statistics query management module. In addition, according to data flow graph got from the analysis of the system and the use of SQL Server 2000 tools, the system's relational database is built. Delphi is selected as the integrated development environment of the management system, achieves a military secret mobile carrier management system. Testing of the integration system shows this management system meets the need of mobile carrier's management in a Military Information Center, and it runs well so far.In this paper the military secret mobile carrier management system combines the new RFID technology and the security-building of national defense closely, and fully plays high-tech role to protect China's national defense construction. Now this technology is promoted in a military region to make informatization come true.
