Abstract/Summary:
The virtual laboratory is an open and networked system simulated experiment teaching based on Virtual Reality (VR), which is digital and virtual for all experiments resources. For the low cost, short time construct, the virtual laboratory will play an important role in the future remote teaching, remote experiment, remote training, remote Play.The famous university and research institutions around the world have researched the3D modeling of virtual laboratory. But there are some problems.The traditional virtual laboratory elements are not enough to show, such as the probe, knob of the oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer are hard to be operated on the computer screen. On the other hand, the refinement of the complex, multi-dimensional models are hard to construct and take too many bits.Therefore, this paper researches the3D modeling virtual experiment platform based on Unity3D and3DMax, created the ontology relation model of Virtual Lab. What’s more analyses the sensitivity index between elements. Through the analysis of correlation and time delay, which proves the model can improve performance characterization. The contributions of this paper are as follows:First, to complete the requirement analysis of the virtual laboratory. Based on the requirements analysis methods of the software engineering requirements, research the basic function of the virtual laboratory. Conclude the environment demand, time requirement and precision requirements, to ensure high efficiency and authenticity. Then design the whole system.Second,proposes the virtual laboratory modeling method based on ontology. To overall clustering on the laboratory elements, analyses the multidimensional and defined relationship of different elements and attributes. Put forward the virtual laboratory modeling based on Ontology, analysis the sensitivity between elements.Third, designs the3D modeling of Virtual Laboratory on Unity3D and3DMax. Model the elements of no.622Laboratory. Achieves the expression model of environmental element, device elements, operating elements. To realize the combination of Virtual Laboratory of the elements.At last, the dynamic control method of virtual laboratory based on Unity3D. Design a three-dimensional model of the elements for roaming, collision relationship. Set a series of experimental operating, joined the weather control, projector playback effect. Research the compatible for different platform.By this paper, we can complete the simulation of roaming inside and outside the virtual laboratory and the experimental operation. The test shows element loss rate of less than4%, elemental characterization is less than5s, time delayis less than2%.
