This thesis has mainly studied the localization method based on the time in the cellular network. Through to consult the correlation data, understand the present most mainly several kinds of localization method based on time (Fang method, Chan method and Taylor sequence method and so on). Then has carried on the detailed analysis to these kinds of localization method, obtained respective good and bad points.Based on studying the capability of every method, this article propose one kind of improvement localization method. It has extracted the merit of Fang method and the Taylor sequence method respectively. Not only making use of the redundant information which provided by cellular network to reduce the error which made by NLOS, achieving certain accuracy, but also calculate simply, easy to realize. The thesis uses Matlab to simulate the method which proposed in the thesis, comparing to Fang method, Chan method and Taylor sequence method in many aspect. The method in this article has been proven that it can enhance the localization precision.Besides, the thesis also introduces the Particle Swarm Optimization and the method of the fleetness moves. The method in this article have testified their validity by simulating.
