As the information age approaches, E-commerce is developing rapidly in a globalization environment. E-commerce companies are in full swing to increase sales through a variety of ways. In addition to plan large-scale promotions, interface design and user experience of website also have a significant impact on sales. The design of an outstanding interface to present a excellent user experience is a critical feature to the success of E-commerce websites. Companies establish overseas version of websites to expand business. But besides language, there is hardly any difference between domestic and overseas version. Will such interface design create excellent user experience for online consumers in different culture? Therefore, understanding the online shopping behavior of consumers in different culture and the factors influence online customer experience becomes increasingly important. Based on Chinese and Russian E-commerce websites, this paper focuses on the study of how interface design influences user experience of online consumers in different culture. The paper will give the explanation on the result of experiment from the culture, which has certain innovative meanings.(1)Established an user experience satisfaction model of interface design of E-commerce website on the basis of previous theories and studies.(2)Based on user experience satisfaction model of interface design of E-commerce website, several Chinese and Russian E-commerce websites were compared in user interface. Some significant differences of user interface design between the two countries were summed up.(3)Conducted an comparative experiment of user experience of Chinese and Russian E-commerce websites, including the reconstruction design of websites and comparative experiment.(4)Gave the explanation on the result of experiment from the culture characteristics of China and Russia. A tight connection between interface design of user experience and cultural factors is verified.
