The AC speed regulation system which is mainly composed of programmable logic controllerand general inverter is still widely used in the domestic automatic gate machine control system.This system is unable to achieve the function of automatic frequency control, also cannot achievethe function of complex recognition and human-computer interaction. This thesis presented a kindof dual CPU master-slave automatic gate machine based on ARM+DSP control system. Thetubular permanent magnet linear motor drove the load gate. The master ARM received commandsfrom the independent keyboard. In actual applications, the independent keyboard could be replacedby the identification switch such as the laser switch. The system could realize more sophisticatedidentification function. Through serial port communication, the master ARM sent commands to theslave DSP. Relied on high performance motor control function, DSP2812controlled automatic gatemachine based on space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) of v/f control. The three stagesstart-up, smooth running and stopping are edited to improve the control accuracy in the motorcontrol system. If there was an accident signal, the motor could stop running immediately. Throughthe serial communication, the motor running state could be sent back to the ARM by DSP2812. Theliquid crystal display showed the motor running state, and the system realized the function ofhuman-computer interaction.This thesis introduced the hardware design of some modules, such as the power module ofARM, the independent keyboard module, the liquid crystal display module, the power module ofDSP and the dual CPU communication module. The experimental platform of dual CPU controlsystem was built. The program code for ARM was written with keil3.8a, the program code for DSPwas written with ccs3.3. There were seven main software function modules such as the ARM clockmodule, the ARM interrupt module, the GPIO port module, the serial port communication module,the DSP clock module, the DSP interrupt module and the motor control module. The motor controlmodule was mainly introduced. This module included five modules, they were the v/f module, therotation angle module, the SVPWM module, the automatic frequency conversion module and deadzone control module. Through a simulation model for the control method, speed and thrustwaveform could be got. This thesis analyzed furtherly and then made correct conclusions. The experimental platform of ARM+DSP dual CPU master-slave control system wasintegrated debugging. There were a lot of results, such as the v/f module, the rotation angle module,the SVPWM module, the DSP serial port operation and the CPU timer module. These results couldreflect the motor running state, and they could be seen through the debug window. LCD1602display module could observe the running status of gate and the contents of keyboard commands.The features of the ARM+DSP dual CPU master-slave control system in this thesis such asmodularity, frequency conversion and human-computer interaction as well as upgrade-easinesswere verified by the results mentioned above.
