The elevator is a kind of complex mechanical and electrical equipment, involving people’s personal safety, with the development of China’s urbanization, the number of elevators in the sharp increase, the safety and reliability of the elevator has become the focus of attention. The elevator door machine system is one of the core components of the elevator equipment, according to the statistics, 80% of the elevator door system, so as to improve the adaptability of the door system of structure and working is an important direction.This article mainly focuses on the method of realizing the frequency control function by using the SVPWM arithmetic. The frequency control function by using the SVPWM arithmetic is realized successfully through the complete design of hardware and software. In the design of hardware, the ARM controller STM32F407 is used as the main controller of the system, the IR2136 is used here as 3-phase bridge driver, combined with the power module, the general external input module, the encoder input module and the general output module, constituting the complete system hardware design. Because of the large voltage and current parts are existed in the system, more attentions should be paid in the isolation of the power module. In the design of software, the equivalent method of SVPWM arithmetic which avoids the process of the conversion of coordinates, the trigonometric function calculations and the sector judgment effectively and simplify the SVPWM arithmetic is used in the software environment of KEIL. The cycle of frequency adjustable function is realized through the control of the program. Put the output on the load which is called three-phase frequency conversion motor, the speed control function can be realized.Frequency conversion speed regulation to achieve the speed of the change, this frequency is the frequency of the output three-phase alternating current frequency and non switching frequency. The frequency range of the frequency conversion speed regulation three phase induction motor used in this paper is 3-50 Hz, the switching frequency is 8kHz. When the output three-phase power frequency 50 Hz, each cycle of domestic to three PWM module of CMPA were 1.6 times the assignment operation, by analogy, when the output three-phase power frequency 4Hz, each cycle of domestic to three PWM module of CMPA respectively 2000 times the assignment operation. In this design, the output frequency of three-phase alternating current is gradually increased from 10 Hz to 45 Hz, and then gradually reduced to 10 Hz by 45 Hz. The speed of the three phase asynchronous motor is realized by slow speed, and then gradually slowed down.
