With the further deepening of reform and opening up and the adjustments ofEconomic Structure, large-scale population movements and the flow of goodspromote the rapid development of China’s railway industry. Since1997, the nationalrailway has experienced six large-scale speeding up, reaching up to the speed of300to350km per hour. China already has the able of developing high-speed EMU(electric multiple units) and has production capacity in operation. High-speedEMU has become an increasingly important means of transport.The feature of EMU that moving fast and large passenger transport volumerequires to pay attention to that the reliability and safety of high-speed rail vehicles.EMU automatic doors as an important part of the vehicle, its safety and reliability areclosely related to the vital interests of passengers, it is the guarantee of EMU overallsafety performance. Automatic door control system performance is also beingimproved with the development of EMU. The environment of high vibration, highnoise, high interference of EMU determines the automatic door control system musthave a good anti-jamming capability and safety performance EMU automatic doorcontrol system adjust the acceleration and deceleration of the motor by controlling therolling forward and reverse of DC motor, so it can achieve the action of automaticdoor. To analyze the DC motor works as the center, to achieve a smooth automaticdoor operation this article analyzes the hardware circuit EMU door control system,Put forward the DC motor control strategy that make dsPIC30f5015as the maincontrol unit, using fuzzy-PID hybrid control speed control strategy, laid thefoundation for the eventual of optimal control for automatic door systems.Against the requirements of the smooth running of automatic doors, the articleanalyzes the three confounders including DC power supply voltage fluctuations,differences in mechanical load. And using the function relationship between motoroutput speed, load resistance and pulse voltage duty cycle, then based on the hybridfuzzy-PID speed control strategy, the impact from supply voltage fluctuations andmechanical load errors to the smooth operation of automatic doors can be addressed. Against the issues of the operational safety of EMU automatic doors, the articleresearches the safety of the control system in three aspects including automatic dooranti-extrusion capabilities, self-locking function, improve environmental disturbingimmunity. The core of anti-extrusion function of automatic door is determined theanti-extrusion threshold. Optimal Control Method abandon the traditional method thatusing pressure sensor detects pressure, it use photoelectric encoder to turn theinformation of motor speed into digital, make the mechanical structure of theautomatic door simpler, at the same time digital control make the sensitivity of theautomatic door higher. The method of self-locking control optimization of motor isUsing digital displacement increment detection methods, the use of active opticalencoder detects displacement replacement limit switch passive detection, reducing thegap between the automatic doors, automatic doors from locking to improve controlaccuracy and sensitivity to reduce the gap between the automatic doors, improveaccuracy and sensitivity of automatic doors from locking control. Against the effectsof from vibration and noise interference to signal acquisition circuit, increase thesystem self-test algorithm and anti-shake button switch control method to improve theworking environment.Articles by MATLAB/SIMULINK software, the use of fuzzy control,simulation model of DC motor control systems and input supply voltage simulation,online real-time change control system, a visual screening under different voltagefluctuation, fuzzy control system for regulating DC effect, provide a theoretical basisfor the experiment. By EMU automatic door control system as a whole experimentalplatform, hybrid algorithm using fuzzy-PID control automatic door operation,intuitive features observed in the automatic door control meets the requirements, theprocess of automatic doors running speed information, the switch gate time as well asthe size of the anti-extrusion pressure collection down and draw graphics stability andsecurity, authentication system.
