Ji’nan Nanyuan District Property Management System Research And Realization

The property management pattern is transferring from manual operation to a newstyle based on computer technology and information science. Although some simpleneighborhood in city equipped with computer in order to substitute manual operation inproperty management, there still are some problems to solve, e.g., managementinformation platform lacking software, or software having simple functions. We designand develop an application, named Property Management System for NanyuanNeighborhood in Ji’nan, to contribute to the development of management informantionsystem of Nanyuan Neighborhood in Ji’nan, and hence make contribution tostandardization of property management in our country.In this thesis, we demonstrated the background of neighborhood propertymanagement in China, and its state-of-the-art all over the world, from which weconclude the deficiency and shortcoming of the property management in neighborhood,and then we point out the need of neighborhood property management information.With these, we design a general architecture of Property Management System forNanyuan Neighborhood in Ji’nan. First, we setup the concept framework of thesoftware system, and make the requirement analysis based on the framework. Then wegive the object and fundamental of the software design, on which we construct thesystem. We partition the system as its function module and design their functionseparately. Based on these, we code these modules and take an example as the moduleBasic Information Management, especially focus on the four operate ions each modulehas, i.e., enquire, add, delete and update. We test the system and the test results of thesoftware show that the application can meet its design goal. It’s expected that thissoftware can make full utilization of the property management company and therebymakes contributions on costs and efficiency.
