And then develop into a variety of means for the integrated management of the property and the information can be classified, summarized, analyzed with qualitative and quantitative evaluation, development forecast.Our country urgently requires use of the network information transmission mechanism, in order to build as the basis a traditional community service and the multimedia community information network and the Internet as a link to the new residential property management information system. In order to improve the utilization rate of resources, improve the efficiency of property management, we need to cost control, internal communication, will provide property management provide new points of economic growth and sustainable development in long term space. The area should be in the development and construction of modern integrated system technology development life cycle of modern integrated information system, in order to improve the quality, effective management, improve environmental target.The paper offers us what’s more analyzes the requirement of the web system and process. The system consists of household management, property management, fees management, complaints management, repair management and system management module, and its function covering all aspects of residential property management. The management system in order to play a greater role in achieving the computerization of work processes, improve efficiency and quality of work, systems development is proposed the following goals:simple, friendly interface, real-time visible, functional, easy to transplant, Dynamic management.
