It can manage in-out and the personnel.The dissertation determined system employment tools after reading vast amount of reference and combining with characteristics of oneself. System selects three-tier client/server mode as architecture. System’s overall functional module is divided to opening time management, allocate time group, equipment grouping, authorization managing, prohibit management, record query, user management and employee management module. In the process of implementation dissertation select ASP.NET as program language, SQL SERVER as background database and Visual Studio2010as system integrated development environment. In the using process of system it select non-contact CPU card marking employee identity information as medium. Through setting entrance rules for in and out of enterprise’s area it can restrict the in-out of personnel in different time and in different place.System is trial run in the parts of commercial bank of Urumchi. The reflection of administrator and employee about system is better. It has characteristics of simple operation, easy to use, stable running. System better meets the requirement of enterprise’s security work.
