'Uni-Card System on Campus', a crucial and organic composition as well as a harbinger of our digital management, goes in line with the master plan and lays a sound foundation for the intercommunication with other MIS systems. The first step is to set up identity archives for all our school staff and students, thus bringing a preliminary school-wide user management system into shape. Through cooperation with Jiangxi Tiandi Information and Technology Company, Jiangxi Yichun vocational and technical college Institute is in a position to develop the'Uni-Card System on Campus'which integrates various administrative functions. Hence, not only can we enhance the management efficiency, reduce the operation cost and bring expediency to school staff and students, but the computerized administration is further strengthened as well, thus upgrading the campus informationization of Yichun vocational and technical college Institute.Based on the status quo of Yichun vocational and technical college Institute's digital campus construction, this paper analyzes our major problems and puts forward the general solutions concerning the layout plan, overall structure and network cabling of uni-card service as well as its main sub-systems: Central platform, front-end sub-system and applied sub-system, etc. Then we make an introduction to the structure of distributed database for uni-card system as well as the distribution strategy, and explicate how to establish a central database and its relationship with sub-systems. Meanwhile, we launch a discussion about such key issues of the distributed database as follows: consistency, security and concurrency control. After the analysis and summary of our network environment, we put forward a series of efficient and reliable precautions and techniques focused on 4 aspects, namely card quality, network topology, data transmission and operation security, with in-depth research being conducted on the last two issues. As to data transmission security scheme, we manage to maintain the confidentiality of XML data through hybrid encryption, as a combination of symmetric and asymmetric techniques. The integrality of XML data can be ensured by message digest, and the authenticity and non-repudiation by XML signature. As for operation security scheme, we raise a RBAS-based access control framework on which detailed design is performed in 3 aspects, namely authority management module, access control and database.At last, we make analysis on the system under the simulation environment, and conduct test for network transmission capacity, database handling capacity as well as security performance of the real-time system. Results show that the system concerned is up to the requirements of the users.
